Delphi Mobile-Work

Delphi has formed its Mobile-Work Group to advise corporations on how to adapt to the way business is done in the 21 st Century. Information, which is the crucial element of business practice today, is available to people anytime and anywhere. The work environment has changed substantially.

Anywhere from 35% to 50% of a company's desks are empty at any given point in the day. Employees are constantly on the go - working at client sites, branch offices, or with business partners located across town or across the globe. The corporation of the 21 st century must align its workforce, work environment, and its entire real estate portfolio to support the new operational model. By doing so, the corporation continues its globalization efforts as well as its opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity and prepare itself for increased competition.

Delphi has assembled a group of world renowned experts and affiliates who have the experience and knowledge to help companies with this task. Jonathan Rudes brings the real estate expertise necessary to coordinate and effectuate this project. Mattias Bergman is an expert on the implementation of a mobile-work process, having been in charge of Sun's mobility initiative for 14 years. John Vivadelli, President of AgilQuest Corporation, has formerly run the software development for IBM's mobility initiative and Gil Gordon is world renowned for his knowledge of alternative workspace.

We have put together a process that brings a company from assessment and feasibility through the process of implementation and realignment.
